We are living at a threshold
A time when what we once knew is dissolving,
And something new is quietly asking to be born.
If you are feeling...
Anxious
Exhausted,
Stuck
Powerless, or
Unsure how to move forward
St. Brigid invites you to pause at the threshold. Here, you do not need to have answers. You only need to arrive.

This retreat is an invitation to be held by land, spirit, and community.
To walk beneath the sheltering trees of the forest.
To feel cool water on your skin.
To breathe in the goodness of the earth.
To nourish yourself with home-grown food, delight in the presence of new life, and rest beneath wide, star-filled skies.

Guided by the spirit of St. Brigid, we will explore
Earth
Water
Fire
Air
How the four elements—earth, water, fire, and air—are alive and active in your own life.
You will discover them as companions and sources of support, offering wisdom, grounding, and gentle transformation.
You will journey alongside other like-hearted companions, those who feel the same quiet longing and recognize this moment as sacred.
This retreat is especially for those who sense they are yearning for more than conventional Christian paths have offered
—for those who feel a soul-deep pull toward the ancient wisdom, the earth-rooted spirituality, and the grandmothers of the faith.

She is the author of 13 books, including Trauma Informed Evangelism (co-authored with Charles Kiser), The Mystic Way of Evangelism, God Unbound, and Healing the Wounds of Sexual Abuse: Reading the Bible with Survivors. Angie Wolle
Angie has felt the tension of being faithful to her calling while concurrently seeking a sustainable way to live wholeheartedly in the midst of the unique needs and demands of a faith-based organization. That is why, throughout her journey she has created healing and transformational settings for people to explore more deeply their spiritual life and worked to align organizational cultures to reflect their values and mission.
Angie feels blessed to have a rich and varied vocational journey over decades, that has taken her from working in Fortune 500 companies and large faith-based healthcare systems as an executive in organizational design and leadership development, to start-ups of multiple 501-c’s and serving as an ordained United Methodist pastor.
She is currently serving as a coach and consultant, working with spiritual leaders serving in faith-based organizations. She is a trained practitioner in energy healing and spiritual direction and has an M.A. in Organizational Development. When Angie is not working, she is kayaking, hiking, biking with her spouse, Reverend Cathlynn Law (also a UMC Elder), and enjoying time with her yellow lab, Ivy, who loves to compete in dock diving. She currently lives in Tacoma, WA.
