Farm + Forest School is a nature, farm, and play-based agri-education program geared for kids ages 5-12 who are homeschooled, unschooled, or in other non-traditional school. It's the perfect opportunity to supplement your curriculum with weekly access to a working farm, acres of forest, and a variety of other natural resources!

During our weekly gatherings, our rhythms will incorporate topics such as botany, earth science, astronomy, and biology through story, arts/crafts, and exploration in the farm and forest. Each session will also focus on seasonal changes and lessons from nature.

Students will:

Learn to care for our chickens and goats
Learn to garden through the seasons by tending our Children's Garden
Learn about pollinators and other beneficial insects + birds
Spend time in our forest, meadow, streams, and gardens, which feature a variety of habitats rich with wildlife
Move their bodies and discover the joy of working with others on the farm
Play!

Supplies and snack are included, but students should bring their own lunch.
