Fall Sanctuary

Join us for a day of creative rest, nourishment, sound, play, nature, and renewal.

Guided activities will include time in the gardens, picking and arranging flowers, yoga with guided breathing and meditation, a sound bath, and more. The day will also include open time with self paced activity options: An open art studio with supplies ready, goat brushing with Farmer Elaine, walking in the forest, exploring the property, reading, journaling, or simply relaxing. There are many cozy spots inside the farm house, or peaceful spots outside in nature, to sit and enjoy. Breakfast and lunch will be prepared by our own Chef Netta, using vegetables from the farm. The relaxed pace will also leave plenty of time for conversation and connection with others in group, joining or continuing the sense of community that began to unfold at our spring retreat.
