Wednesdays 3:30 to 5pm
June 17th, June 24th, July 1st, July 8th, July 15th (No class on April 24th)
*reserved make up date: July 22nd (if we cancel a week due to illness, etc)
Each Wednesday we'll create a delicious meal together. Along the way we'll practice cooking techniques and kitchen safety, we'll explore different flavor combinations and cultural food traditions, and we'll learn about food systems and where our food comes from -- all in a fun, hands on environment!
The cost of the class includes a weekly meal for each registered participant. At the end of class each week you can either stay and eat the meal with the group, or bring containers to take it home for dinner.
