Biodynamic Blessing and Forest Feast Potluck

Join Spring Forest residents Shelly Boucher and Michael Long for our inaugural Biodynamic blessing of the gardens and pastures, on Saturday, February 21, at 3:30pm. 

Biodynamic farming is the first "intentionally ecological farming method", developed by Austrian philosopher Rudolph Steiner, in 1924. Biodynamic farmers around the world begin the year with the application of farm-derived homeopathic medicines to stimulate and balance the vital processes in the "whole farm organism". Please, come share in this subtle, but transformative task!

While preparing and applying these homeopathic remedies, we will be offering our collective prayers for the farm and the land as we commence with another season of growing, Creation Care, fellowship, and community building.

Meet us at the barn at 3:30 for a brief intro to the biodynamic method, begin the "stir and spray" at 4:00, followed by Forest Feast at the regular time of 5:30. We hope to see you there!
